Jake Zyrus formerly known as ‘Charice Pempengco’ showed his emotional moment while singing the song ‘You Are So Beautiful’ by Joe Cocker.

On his IG post, he can be heard the beautiful voice of Jake while singing the song but he suddenly became carried by it and went emotional.

He also mentioned his problems with some netizens giving him a ‘hard time’ that made him become conscious of what to post on social media.

“Hi. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to post this. I’m stubborn when it comes to showing my vulnerability on social media now because some people have been giving me a hard time which causes me to feel insecure doing videos like this,” Charice said.

“But, after working out I felt the need to record myself without any microphone, Logic Pro, just me and the music (and the camera and I added reverb) I love this song and I relate to this song right now. I didn’t expect to cry. But here it is. This is for you. You are so beautiful to me,” he added.

It can be remembered that Jake was receiving criticism on social media for years because of his decision to transition to male, leaving his popularity as Charice.

Some reports also said that Jake was struggling in his career right now because some people wanted the voice of ‘Charice’.
