Former professional wrestler and actor Dave Bautista admitted that he decided to remove his tattoo dedicated to his former friend Manny Pacquiao after the latter made a statement against the LGBT community.
In an interview, Bautista said that he considered Pacquiao not only as a friend but an idol, then all of the sudden the eight-division world champion compared LGBT members to animals.
“It’s a personal issue with me. My mom’s a lesbian, and I just couldn’t call him a friend so I had it covered up with this.”,” Bautista said.
According to him, his tattoo was a logo of Pacquiao’s team.
When Batista asked if he would forgive Pacquiao, he said ‘no’.
“You can’t come back from that, man. There’s no coming back from that,” he said.

It can be remembered that Bautista became part of Pacquiao’s team during some of his matches.
The said interview happened in 2016, where Pacquiao asked about his thoughts about marriage between LGBT members.
Pacquiao has yet to comment on Bautista’s criticisms against him.
