John Amores admitted that he’s dreaming to become one of the players of the Philippine Basketball Association someday.
In an interview with Playitright TV, Amores revealed that it’s obvious that he’s also dreaming to play in PBA because that’s the dream of every professional basketball players in the country.
“Lahat naman po ng basketball player pangarap na makapasok sa PBA, syempre naman po,” said Amores.
However, the basketball player said that entering PBA is not his priority for now.
“Mas maging better na tao muna po ako siguro,” he said. “Trabahuhin ko po ‘yung sarili ko na mas maging better.”
Terrafirma Dyip player Lester Prosper then gave advice to Amores.
“Don’t take therapy because you have to, take it because you’re doing it to better yourself,” Prosper told Amores.
“Also this time that you’re taken away from basketball, use it to be able to take care of your family and have whatever issues that you’re having at home and make you improve that, improve your life, improve yourself.
“Try to live your life in a positive way, just self-improvement and find yourself, while you find yourself off the court, you’ll be able to find yourself on the court so just continue to use this time away from the game very seriously,” he added.
Amores vowed to follow the advice of the PBA player.
It can be remembered that Amores got removed from the JRU team because of what he did.
He’s also facing charges filed by two CSB players.
